Our Clear Care® HMO includes five plans that offer a broad choice of highly qualified Group Health physicians and contracted doctors throughout Washington state. Our Clear Care® PPO plan offers two plans with a choice of highly qualified contracted physicians for members living in Benton, Franklin, Yakima, and parts of Clallam and Jefferson counties.
Both plans offer convenient locations, online services, and more ways to stay at your healthiest including Rx and optional dental coverage, a fitness discount program, and our 24-hour Consulting Nurse Service.
Clear Care HMO plans are Group Health Cooperative Medicare Advantage plans. Clear Care PPO plans are Group Health Options, Inc. Medicare Advantage plans.
Enrollment Periods
From Nov. 15, 2009 through Dec. 31, 2009, anyone with Medicare will have an opportunity to switch from one Medicare plan to another.
From Jan. 1, 2010 until March 31, 2010, anyone with Medicare has another chance to make a change. However, during this period you are limited in the type of plan you can join. You can't add or drop Medicare prescription drug coverage during this time.
Individuals newly eligible for Medicare may apply at the time of their eligibility. Exceptions apply. Please contact our sales team for more information.
