Individual and Family Quotes
You can get instant quotes for your clients when you use our Individual and Family quoting tool for producers. There are three easy steps to start using this service:

Get appointed to do business with Group Health. |

Access the secure MyGroup Health for Producers Web site. |
| 3. |
From the secure site we will provide a registration link so that you can sign up and get quotes for your Individual and Family clients. |
Applications by Mail
Your clients must complete an application and a health screening questionnaire. We must receive completed enrollment materials in our Seattle office by the 20th of the month for coverage to begin the first day of the following month. If completed enrollment materials are received after the 20th, coverage will begin on the first day of the second month.
